Physical Education is an important part of true education. The school encourages children to develop their fitness levels through exercises, aerobics and games. Healthy eating habits are also encouraged right from Playgroup. Track and field events are conducted throughout the year along with basic gymnastics and karate.
The children attend yoga classes to learn various asanas as well as meditation exercises to ensure focus and concentration, flexibility and balance.
We have facilities for outdoor sports like basketball, volleyball, football, throw ball, kho-kho and badminton. The green bed of artificial grass in the ground is very inviting for all to play and enjoy school life in full measure.
There is an air conditioned Sports Complex for training students in indoor sports like chess, table tennis and carrom. Students also learn skating, archery and adventure sports on activity days. Mass P.T. has been included in the sports curriculum to raise the fitness level of students.
